Qubit Sverige AB has acquired parts of TH1NG AB's business from the bankruptcy estate, with a focus on connectivity services and customer relationships in IoT.
On 12 June 2025, TH1NG AB (publ) was declared bankrupt. On 4 July 2025, the agreement was signed with the bankruptcy trustee, under which Qubit Sverige AB took over the parts of the business covering connectivity agreements and customer agreements.
This strengthens Qubit's IoT offering and ensures continued operation and development for the affected customers.
The acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow in the IoT segment and to offer the market flexible, scalable and reliable connectivity solutions. We look forward to continuing to develop partnerships and create value for our new and existing customers.
