Yes – that is the whole point of Connect & Go. In Qubit Control Center you can see the router’s status, signal strength, data traffic and any alarms in real time. You can restart the device remotely, change its configuration and get notified when something deviates. This means that the vast majority of faults can be fixed without anyone having to visit the site.
Before the router leaves us, we review the site’s coverage, environment and the requirements the solution needs to meet. Based on that, we set the APN, firewall rules, any VPN and other required settings. Once the device reaches the installation site, it is usually just a matter of switching on the power – no local configuration is needed. That is why we call the solution plug-and-play.
